How does registration work for salon owners?
Registration takes just 2 minutes! Step 1 verifies your contact via email OTP from verify@chairbook.online. Step 2 collects basic details (owner name, shop name, category, pincode, city, state) and logs you in automatically with default password 123456. You can then complete your profile, add services, and upload KYC documents.
What documents are required for KYC verification?
Only ONE mandatory identity proof is required: either your Aadhaar Card OR PAN Card. Business registration documents (trade license, GST, shop proof) are completely optional.
